nice post, tad.
by OWN what need to be understood exactly is that its not the materialistic things we have, its what we want, what we desire, what we crave.
I think the last sentence over here "he who owns nothing has his greed destroyed" means he who has not even a single desire left (i.e. the one who TRULY owns nothing) has his greed destroyed in the right sense.
True, that materialistic things may also harm a person, but its probably not even 0.01% of the harm which desires can do to a person. Methinks.
Please add/subtract.
